Terms of Use

The Future Luxury Co. | Effective: 19 October 2026

These terms explain permitted use of The Future Luxury Co. website and Observatory content. They do not replace a separately agreed consultancy contract.

About the website

The website is operated by Rupali Kolge, a sole proprietor in the Netherlands, under The Future Luxury Lab, trading as The Future Luxury Co. The Lab is our consultancy practice and Observatory is our editorial platform. Contact: hello@thefutureluxuryco.com. Business details are set out in the Legal Notice.

These terms apply to website use to the extent an agreement can validly be formed under applicable law. They do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Editorial information and professional advice

Our articles, examples and other materials provide general information and analysis about materials, consumers, culture and business. They may reflect interpretation, opinion and information available at the time of publication. They are not tailored legal, tax, financial or other regulated professional advice.

We aim to provide accurate and useful content, but do not guarantee that all material is complete, current or suitable for a particular decision. Check important information and obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances before relying on it. We do not promise a particular commercial result.

Consultancy enquiries

Submitting an enquiry or using Start a conversation does not create a consultancy engagement, require either party to proceed, or establish an obligation to meet a particular deadline. Scope, fees, deliverables, confidentiality, intellectual property, data protection and other project terms must be agreed separately.

Please send only the information needed to begin the discussion. A website enquiry does not by itself create a non-disclosure agreement. If you need to share confidential project information, ask us to agree suitable arrangements first.

Copyright and permitted use

Unless otherwise identified, original text, design and other materials are owned by The Future Luxury Co. or used with permission. Third-party images, trademarks and source materials remain the property of their respective owners.

You may read our content and share links to it. Any quotation or other reuse must be permitted by applicable law or the relevant licence, include appropriate attribution and not imply endorsement. Otherwise, obtain written permission before reproducing substantial content, republishing articles, adapting material or using it commercially.

These terms do not restrict statutory rights such as lawful quotation. Permission from us does not grant rights in third-party material. For reuse enquiries, contact hello@thefutureluxuryco.com.

Work examples and references to brands

Work examples illustrate approaches and capabilities. Unless a specific example expressly states otherwise, it should not be read as a claim that a named brand commissioned, approved or endorsed our work. Any academic, illustrative or independent work should be clearly identified alongside the example.

References and links to brands, products and sources are for identification and discussion. They do not imply a partnership or endorsement.

Acceptable use

Do not use this website unlawfully, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious code or misleading enquiries, impersonate another person, or infringe someone else’s rights. Do not harvest personal information or use automated access in a way that disrupts the website or unlawfully reproduces protected material.

Newsletter and external services

An Observatory subscription is voluntary. You can unsubscribe through any edition or by contacting us. We may change the publication schedule or discontinue the newsletter. Our Privacy and Cookies notice explains subscription data processing.

External links lead to services we do not operate. Their content, availability and terms may change. We are not responsible for those services merely because we link to them.

Availability and responsibility

We may update, correct, suspend or remove website content where reasonably necessary. Availability may be affected by maintenance, providers or technical problems.

Our responsibility for loss is determined by applicable law. We do not accept liability for loss arising solely from reliance on general website material where no duty or liability arises under that law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or deliberate recklessness where applicable. No disclaimer removes mandatory consumer protections.

Changes complaints and applicable law

We may update these terms for changes to the website or applicable requirements. The version and effective date displayed on the website identify the current text. Changes do not retrospectively alter an existing consultancy agreement.

For questions, corrections, rights concerns or complaints, contact hello@thefutureluxuryco.com with enough detail for us to investigate. We aim to acknowledge complaints within five working days and provide a substantive response within 20 working days or explain any further time needed.

Dutch law applies, subject to mandatory protections under applicable law. Any dispute will be handled by the court with jurisdiction under applicable rules. If you are a consumer, this clause does not deprive you of mandatory protections or the right to bring proceedings in a competent court available to you.
